What to bring
- Your health fund card
- A list of medicines you take
- Any previous X-rays, if you have them
- Your Medicare card for CDBS-eligible children
Getting here
We are at 57 Ware St, Fairfield, a short walk from Fairfield Station. If you are driving, there is a car park at the rear of the clinic, off Downey Lane. The clinic is on one level with step-free access.
